Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive job evaluations to determine the roles, responsibilities, and required qualifications for each position within the organization.
- Develop effective strategies for attracting and retaining top talent.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives through feedback mechanisms, performance metrics, and post-training evaluations.
- Establish and oversee a performance management system that aligns individual performance with organizational goals and objectives.
Must Have
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in HR management roles, with a focus on organizational development.
- Strong knowledge of organizational development principles, theories, and best practices.
- Experience developing and implementing talent management programs, leadership development initiatives, and performance management processes.
Nice to have
- Master's degree
- Certification in HR (e.g., PHR, SPHR) or organizational development (e.g., OD Certification)
